Made from nectar collected by bees from a multitude of different flowers, predominantly heather, rosemary and thyme, this honey has been harvested in the heart of the Sierra de Segaria mountains, in the heart of the Marina Alta region.<\/p>\n

Both the colour and flavour of this natural flower honey can vary considerably, given that climatic and natural factors play a very important role in the production process.<\/p>\n

Dark amber in colour with a complex yet intense flavour, this honey is harvested using traditional, artisanal methods and is perfect for enjoying on its own or accompanying your favourite dishes.<\/p>\n
