1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs for orders within mainland Spain are always €3.99, and for orders over €50, shipping costs are free. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please contact us via our contact form, by telephone on +34 696 352 903 or by email at info@elserralet.com.

The delivery time for products purchased at EL SERRALET DE SEGÀRIA will be approximately 48-72 hours from the time of payment, unless there is an incident, in which case the User will be notified.

2. What payment methods can I use for my order?

The accepted payment method will be: Credit or debit card.


EL SERRALET DE SEGÀRIA uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website.


Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing bank. If the bank does not authorise the payment, EL SERRALET DE SEGÀRIA will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to formalise any contract with the User.

3. If I know I will not be at home when the order arrives… What other options do I have to receive it?

Products are shipped to the delivery address you provided in your order. If you know you will not be home, you also have the option of choosing to receive your order at Correos offices and CityPaq locations, as we collaborate with Correos Market, a platform that supports local commerce by giving local artisans and producers the opportunity to offer their products to users.
If your order has been shipped and you have not received any news about the delivery, you can contact EL SERRALET DE SEGÀRIA on +34 696 352 903 or by email at info@elserralet.com. However, you will have the option to track your order, as Correos will provide you with a tracking code so that you can stay up to date with the status of your order at all times.
