“Les freses” whine

100% Muscat of Alexandria (different clones, rootstocks and sub-varieties) planted on double Guyot trellises with an average yield per hectare of 3,500 kg/ha.

Visually, it is a light straw yellow colour, bright with green reflections typical of Muscat. On the nose, it is a Muscat full of fresh flowers, jasmine, orange blossom, chamomile, rose and talcum powder. Pleasant on the palate, citrusy with lemongrass, it has fleshy petals and tart fruit, and a long finish with fennel, ginger and white pepper, salty and with a hint of grapefruit.
