Have you ever seen a honeycomb? This superfood is the essence of the hive, as bees use it to deposit and store most of their food, such as honey itself, but also pollen and royal jelly, among others. It consists of hexagonal wax cells, normally built by and for the bees themselves, as it is part of their physiological development.
What if we told you that now you can try it too? Depending on the season, we can offer you honeycombs of the type of honey we are harvesting at that precise moment, as bees only store honey in their combs during that season. In spring, you can find orange blossom and thyme honeycombs; during the summer, you can savour forest honeycombs; and finally, in early autumn, you can taste flower honeycombs.
